I don’t just advise.
I build.

I'm Chioma K. Iheanacho, founder of Katchimedia and architect of the KM360 model.

My career began in the trenches of Fortune 500 companies, where I spent 15+ years building and governing global Software Asset Management, Compliance, and Vendor Management programs, led cross-functional teams across 60+ sites, and decommissioned $5.2M+ in redundant software, servers, and maintenance contracts within a single fiscal quarter.

But the real education didn't come from the size of those numbers. It came from a pattern I started noticing - everywhere I worked, whether as a full-time employee or a consultant. The gap. The thing that was supposed to exist but didn't. The process nobody owned until it failed. The compliance hole nobody saw until it became a crisis.

That's the gap Katchimedia exists to close.

What I learned wasn't how to manage software licenses. It was how to build systems that scale, and how to protect businesses from the risks they can't see.

Most businesses don't fail from a lack of passion or talent. They fail from a lack of infrastructure, compliance gaps, vendor leverage working against them, technology that doesn't connect, and leadership with no sounding board.

I built the KM360 to solve that, once and for all.

Where This Started

The Human OS

The KM360 is a system, but I'm not a software platform. I'm the human who builds it, configures it, and stays close enough to know when it needs to change.

Whether you're a founder launching your first practice, or an executive protecting a portfolio worth hundreds of millions, I bring the same discipline: build it right, protect it fiercely, and scale it with confidence — and I do the building myself.

On Privacy

I know that for many of the people I work with — physicians, attorneys, therapists, founders building something deeply personal — discretion isn't a nice-to-have. Everything shared with me is treated with strict confidentiality. I don't discuss client engagements outside of our relationship, and I never will.
