I don’t just advise. I build.
My story
I'm Chioma K. Iheanacho, founder of Katchimedia and architect of the KM360 model.
My career started in the trenches of Fortune 500 companies, where I spent 15+ years building and governing global Software Asset Management, compliance, and vendor management programs. I managed a $250M technology budget, led cross-functional teams across 60+ sites, and delivered $5.2M+ in measurable cost savings.
But the most important thing I learned wasn't how to manage software licenses. It was how to build systems that scale, and how to protect organizations from the risks they can't see.
That's what KM360 is. It's the operating system I wish every business had from Day 1. Most businesses don't fail from a lack of passion or talent. They fail from a lack of infrastructure. They fail because their compliance has gaps, their vendors have leverage, their technology doesn't connect, and their leadership has no sounding board.
I built the KM360 to solve that, once and for all.
Whether you're a founder launching your first online or physical location, or an executive protecting a global tech portfolio, I bring the same discipline: build it right, protect it fiercely, and scale with confidence.
