  • If you are building from scratch, choose Launch. If you are growing and systems are breaking, choose Scale. If you are established and need to secure your assets, choose Protect. If you are unsure, book a Diagnostic Session and we will guide you.

  • Yes. While we recommend the full system for best results, we offer standalone engagements for specific Engines, particularly CompliaPro (Compliance) and TechCare (Technology).

  • From solo founders launching their first business to Fortune 50 enterprises managing up to $500M+ budgets. The KM360 engines are the same - how we apply them changes based on your scale and uniqueness.

  • It depends on scope. A single Discipline (like Compliance) can be delivered in 8-12 weeks. A full Launch engagement typically takes a rare minimum of 12 weeks. Optimization and Protection engagements are ongoing retainer relationships.

  • Engagements are custom-scoped based on the Engines you need and the complexity of your business. We will discuss investment ranges during the session if The KM360 is a fit.
